Discovering Your Inner Creative Potential
Believe it or not, there is creativity lurking within all of us. Creativity is not only the ability to draw a picture or write a poem – creativity is simply thinking in a unique way. When you approach a situation, as long as you keep thinking of new ways to solve problems, you’re thinking creatively.

Here are some tips for discovering your inner creative potential:
1. Do What Makes You Happy. You may already have an idea about what you might like to do creatively, but you may be afraid of failure so you don’t try at all. However, the only failure is if you give up before you start. So what if you fall flat on your face? So what if people are judging you? Adopt the “you only live once” attitude and go for it!
2. Try Again. Let’s say that you feel your true calling is film making. You take a class, but your teacher doesn’t like your work. What do you do? Do you give up or keep going? The answer’s obvious: pick yourself up and keep learning the craft! Take another class or create a film on your own. As long as you’re enjoying yourself, learning, and practicing, you’ll create your own version of success!
3. Don’t Stop Thinking. Of course you never really stop thinking. However, you need to always be thinking new thoughts, solutions, and ideas, especially in mundane situations. You mustn’t just accept that things are done a certain way – you need to expand your thinking and keep coming up with new ways to do old tricks.
4. Inspiration. When you follow what truly inspires you, creativity just comes along for the ride. Let’s say you always wanted to start a business. That doesn’t sound terribly creative on its own, especially if it’s a type of business that already exists. But your inspiration will spark your creativity as you decide how your business will stand out from the competitors.
5. Stay Calm. Avoid situations where you feel overly stressed or uptight. If you’re like most people, you’ll likely do most of your creative thinking in a calm environment. Too much stress can hinder your creative mind, so remember to take breaks when needed.
Act on Your Ideas
There is only one true way to discover if your creative ideas will be successful. You need to make a plan and follow through with it.
Some people are held back by fear of failure, financial constraints, or other setbacks. But if you truly want to accomplish your creative goals, you’ll need to figure out a way to get past the hurdles.
Stuck on Ideas
Remember: there is creativity inside of you, just waiting to be tapped!
If you have a passion in life, you can bring creativity to that passion. If your passion is stamp collecting, for example, you can make that creative. Maybe you could come up with a new design for a stamp collector’s album. You could even design your own stamps or start a website for other stamp collectors to get information. Just be creative!
Set aside at least a few minutes each day for some freedom to be creative. You might find it difficult at first, but before you know it the ideas will be flowing.

Three Ways Of Thinking Outside The Box
We should always be looking for ways of thinking outside the box. It isn’t that we will always find a better solution through more creative or non-conventional solution. But we sometimes will. Maybe that doesn’t sound inspiring enough, so let me explain.
Links
Suppose you get in the habit of thinking outside the box and you have many interesting, creative, but unusable ideas. So most of the time you fall back on conventional solutions to your problems, whether at home or in business or in the workplace. But once in a while you have an inspiration that doubles your income or changes your life dramatically for the better or results in a new idea or invention that the world hasn’t seen before? Is that more interesting?
You see, it isn’t necessary nor reasonable to expect that you’ll have great new ideas every day. But one here and there can make all the difference, and repay you for all the time spent brainstorming silly concepts that went nowhere. How do you have that occasional flash of creative inspiration? Here are three ways.
1. Just get silly.
Some of you are hating this already. You don’t want to start spewing out nonsense and look silly in front of others. Or even if you are by yourself you feel uncomfortable imagining eyes on shoes and doodling pictures of people talking to wheelchairs. The good news is that you can get seriously creative without such silliness. There are enough other ways of thinking outside the box.
The bad news is that such seriousness did not lead to reflective strips on running shoes. That safety innovation actually came from a brainstorming session in which one participant imagined eyes on shoes looking out for traffic. Silly ideas often morph into practical inventions if given the chance to exist in the first place. And by the way, there are not only wheelchairs that respond to the user’s voice, but now one that can be controlled by thought.
2. Look beyond the current definitions.
Problems are expressed or defined in certain ways, and that affects the potential solutions that come to mind. You could call the usual ways of stating a problem the “box.” Now get out of it by restating them in new ways.
For example, you might see the problem at your business as how to get customers to buy more of your product or service. That leads to more typical marketing ideas or to price cuts. Or you might redefine the problem as how to help customers see the value you offer and so accept the higher price. Even more out of the box is the question of how to just find customers who already can appreciate what you have to offer and will pay the high price without hesitation. Now you’ve gone from the more stressful task of trying to sell more to just making more money from fewer happier customers – and there may be a way if you look.
3. Cross-breed ideas.
You need to make a house that is more energy efficient. Rather than looking at other houses and what has been tried in this area, why not look at a whole different area, like animals. What do they do to heat and cool themselves, and how can you apply that to your house design? Of all of the ways of thinking outside the box, “cross-breeding” ideas form different areas of knowledge like this is one of the most fun and creative.
Creating Wealth, Business Coaching and You
Pretty much everyone is in business to Create Wealth, some people are in business without any particular aim other than to do something, however that’s hardly having a business. The things that people often forget as they keep working on their business are the reasons that they set the business up in the first place, the objectives they wished to fulfil by having the independence to work in the manner they saw as being most successful. So what carried you into your existing situation? What was the motivation and the reasons for going along the business route you have chosen? What Wealth System did you decide on and what level of success is you Wealth System gaining you?
As you continue working along the line that creates and established business remember that the true joy of having a business comes largely from the results you reap from it and also what you are doing while you work on your business. By ‘working on’ focus is set on leading and developing your business to move where you wish it to, if however you are ‘working in’ the business you will be spending time on tasks others should be doing whilst you direct and move it to where it should be. So while you think through whether you have been ‘working in’ or ‘working on’ your business, as well as the level of success your Wealth System has been getting plus your motivations for initially setting up the business, evaluate to what level your potential has been getting fulfilled. What are the areas and points that you could hone and improve so that you could attain much greater performance? When you have finished formulating the list of things you could improve you gain the ability to start doing something about them, so initially check for; courses, workshops, appropriate books for the information you require, resources on the internet, and a good Business Coach. Having created your list of options available evaluate each option in terms of its effect and impact it could have upon you and your business, how rapidly it can yield the effect, how much time needs to be assigned to it and how enjoyable it would be to you. Business Coaching and Being in the Most Prosperous Place
Business Coaching in a Prosperous Place
Since arriving here in Sydney in May I have noticed a lot of entrepreneurs, also there has been much comment that economic conditions here are very fertile for developing business and its growth, so the question I pose here is what are you doing to achieve the best from your situation and location? Everyone has particular limitations to work within dependent on conditions they have accepted in their lives, for some people this means a geographic locations set according to family reasons, what though are the conditions you work within? Also are they firmly fixed or are you able to change any of the constraints you have been working within?
Links
Most people accept constraints in their lives that realistically have little if any real reason or value for being present, a strong suggestion would be to work out what the various things are that you feel limit your growth businesswise. Once you have deduced them allow yourself some further time to work through the numerous other factors present in your life which fix you to a set location. Once you have got the list of limitations and factors you are able to begin checking their validity, how strongly they are fixed in and what you might be able to do to mitigate or even remove them. You might find that once you have taken a closer look that a lot of what you had accepted was given more weight than it should have. As you pick you way through the varying factors locating ones where you could make alterations or potentially remove restraints where possible make careful note of the various factors and alterations that you could potentially make, and I do emphasise potentially. Nearly everything has potential when looking for solutions, different things may appear easier, or to necessitate less change, though even those with potentially the biggest upheaval can have good merit. This is a place that a good Business Coach can be of massive value. Working through all the factors with a Business Coach and all the potential solutions too opens up a wealth of factors you may have failed to see, this is because the Business Coach can take a different viewpoint and alternate objectivity. Along with this a Business Coach has the ability to work with you through various solutions and alterations evaluating the altering levels of complexity, then they can aid you with creation of innovative ways to mitigate the restraints you have. During the course of my time in Sydney Business Coaching I have assisted various entrepreneurs through a variety of these issues, to the same result with all, the client attaining more effective solutions to issues that had held them back and now they can accelerate on to success faster and with increased efficiency. Of course with strong economic conditions in Sydney Business Coaching here yields strong results and great effects that a lot of people may feel would be difficult to achieve at other locations, though good results are open for taking by anyone regardless of time and location and of the economic conditions. Wherever are set yourself can be the place of greatest prosperity for you, and if feelings of being disadvantaged haunt you at your current location then work with a good Business Coach on your options and how you could leverage your situation and your business.
Historically tough economic conditions create more wealth for those seeking success than any other time or market condition. If you are totally determined to create success in the life you lead and you are wishing to accelerate towards achievements then working with a good Business Coach has huge value for you. Business Coaching and Creating Freedom
What inspirations and reasoning do you have for owning your business? What intentions did you have when you first set out with your business? What made you choose the particular Wealth System you adopted, did you continue using it or have you switched and changed once or many times? Are the motivations you have for operating your business still the same now as when you first commenced? A lot can happen in a short period of time as we all know, and much can change the way we operate in our lives. In a lot of ways I am sure that various factors have affected you and as such you have adapted accordingly, though few then take time to realign themselves in light of those changes.
Links
Allowing yourself to take time and realign internally after alterations to your business or life is highly important, doing so grants the opportunity for redefinition of your core and what generates your inspiration there. From that point what and how easily you do the things you do. When you allow yourself time and actually dig into what your values are you are then able to ascertain how well your goals and the things you do align with them. Working from the NLP view which is something I do when Business Coaching, values sit at the very centre of your being. They provide the upfront motivation for doing the things we do, what we choose to do and the results we get while doing these things. Values are normally described by one word, ones that define non-physical things for example travel, love, communication or freedom. Money also can be used as a value due to the fact that much as we carry physical representation as notes and coins, really it is purely a concept which though may appear tangible can never be held physically. To elicit what your values are in different areas of your life ask yourself what is important to you about that area in order to make it work well for you, then write down the words that come to you. You might run out of words following the first few, however keep on going through the void and another set will come to your mind. The best thing to do next is place them in order, work through them deciding initially which is the most vital then second most vital in order to do so. Upon completing the list read it through and it should cause you to smile when it’s right, also you should tap into your feelings and check how deeply it resonates with how things are running in that area. Thus with the ability to align yourself more effectively in terms of your values and what you are doing you are able to work more efficiently with improved results. There are several levels beyond this, although these require you either get a good NLP trained Business Coach or train in NLP yourself in order to do them. Deciding to venture on with the further levels of depth allows you to clean up the factors around your motivation, and also clear the restraints and blockages holding you off from hitting the full potential within each value. So from what you can see working with a Business Coach trained in NLP there is great value as they can aid you to align effectively with your values whilst also clearing a quicker road to your success. Having found your core values in the certain areas you are interested in you can then adapt your style of working which can then in turn improve your ability to attain the success you desire. In terms of my UK and also Sydney Business Coaching clients, I have always noticed massive improvement in the results for the clients who take this action, massive improvement that you could enjoy too.
So what should you do? What you can do first is to the best of your ability elicit your values, however if you are really desiring high levels of success the work with an NLP trained Business Coach. If you have fully committed to getting the success you desire then contact me for sessions either via Skype, or face to face should you be here in Sydney as Business Coaching to this level can unleash huge potential for accelerating your path success.
How Mind Mapping Can Aid Authors in Creating Narratives
When creating a strong and interesting narrative, the author must answer of series of important questions. Among these questions are: What will the narrative be about? Who are the main characters in the narrative?
Links
What conflict or conflicts will surround the characters? Mind Mapping is an effective tool that authors can use when creating a narrative, because it provides an effective way to organize the main characters, themes, and key conflicts in the narrative. With Mind Mapping, the author can make use of colors, visual images, words, and symbols to more easily outline his or her thoughts surrounding the narrative.
How A Narrative Mind Map Is Created?
A narrative Mind Map should consist firstly of the main idea or theme of the narrative, represented by a central image located in the center of the map. Next, the supporting themes surrounding the main idea, such as the characters or locations that will be central to the narrative, can be listed on “branches” that are attached to the central image. The conflicts among characters can then be listed on “child branches” connecting the characters involved in the conflicts. Lastly, the topics least important to the main idea of the narrative, such as minor storylines or characters, can be shown on “twigs” that are attached the “branches”. In putting together a Mind Map in this manner, the author can use whatever images, words, colors, or symbols he or she wishes to bring, life to the themes, character, and ideas for his or her topic.
Comparing a Traditional Narrative Outline and Mind Map of a Narrative
A traditional narrative outline will most often present the main theme of the narrative, as well as the characters, locations, and conflicts found in the narrative, linearly. Consider the following Chapter One outline of an author who has used a traditional layout:
Title: Murder in the First Degree
I.Chapter One
A.Introduction of the Main Characters and Location of the Narrative
1.Kathryn (The Wife)
2.Aaron (The Husband)
3.Gary (The Wife’s Lover and Murder Victim)
4.John (The Sheriff)
5.Detective Warner
6.Calamesa, CA (The Location)
B.Introduction of Character Interactions/Conflicts
1.Samantha and Craig’s Relationship
a.Where are how they met
b.How long they have been romantically involved
2.Kathryn and Gary’s Relationship
a.How long they have been married
b. Craig’s abuse of Samantha
3.Antagonistic Relationship Between Aaron and Gary
4.Tony’s longstanding dislike of Craig
a.Why John Dislikes Aaron (reason?)
b.Aaron many lawsuits brought against John for slander (?)
C.Murder
1.Body Found
a)How Victim Was Murdered (Stabbed to Death)
b)Who Found Body (Craig standing over body with knife)
Links
2.Suspect Arrested
Contrast this outline with a Mind Map of Chapter One of the narrative, represented in the attached Mind Map diagram. In the Mind Map diagram, the themes, characters, and conflicts of the narrative are presented spatially, and are spread across the page. Moreover, while a traditional outline includes only text, a Mind Map incorporates not only text, but images, graphics and colors, as well. The results are more visually stimulating diagrams of the main themes, characters, and conflicts, making them easier to conceptualize.
Writing a Narrative from the Mind Map
Both the traditional outline and the Mind Map can be used as a jumping off point for the actual writing of the narrative. However, consider the visual imagery and spatial depth of the Mind Map; the Mind Map engages the writer’s brain in a more creative manner, and allows her or him to more actively visualize the narrative as seen in the mind’s eye. By allowing the author to visualize his or her narrative in this manner, the Mind Map provides him or her with a more intuitive transition to the actual writing of the narrative. The process of outlining the narrative and writing the narrative are thus linked in one creative process, and the development of the story can evolve more naturally.
The Rules and The Business Coach
As your journey through life proceeds how do find yourself moving from one juncture to another, and whilst you make that journey what rules do you take on to get you through? Do you go with the patterning that the people around you recommend, with the conditioning that is recommended by the society and culture you dwell within?
Links
The rules pressed upon you by others as the “right way to do things” and could indeed hold conflict with the goals you desire to achieve, or are you following an alternate set of rules? Recently while researching I found this really great quote from author Michael Konda “The fastest way to succeed is to look as if you’re playing by somebody else’s rules, while quietly playing by your own”.
So how do you work your rules into the way you work in order to bypass the limitation inherent within the rules that have been holding you back? The rules you have been working by have a level of responibility in terms of the results you have achieved up until now, this is because they affect your perceptions and your model of the world. With your perceptions taking colour from the rules you work by your focus becomes limited to things which fit within those rules, with the things that lie outside those rules getting little if any notice. The problem at this point is that frequently to achieve the great things you envision you must do something in great contrast to that which the majority populous does, by using their rules you are going to end up with their results, so taking on a differing set of rules is something you need to do to get the results you desire. Think about the times when you are achieving your best results, what are the characteristics that are present when you are getting your best results? How do they compare to when you are doing poorly? What discernable key factors do you find present when you are enjoying what you do and are achieving good results from it? Working through these things is the start of eliciting your ‘Rules for Success’ and is something I work through with all of my Business Coaching clients. A good Business Coach who uses NLP can take you quickly through eliciting what exactly are the factors you should enhance in your life, once you know them you are able to draw your focus to them and thus ensure you embrace them on a daily basis as fully as possible.

When you work with you personal ‘Rules for Success’ as part of your daily life then you will find new opportunities opening up which you may never have noticed before, or that may have never been brought to you yet by now through various means now are. Having a good Buiness Coach to work with hugely improves your opportunity for success, largely due to their ability to keep you on the road to your goals with your inspiration and motivation up high. As your mindset shifts with your new ‘Rules for Success’ your Business Coach will aid you in taking different perspectives with new and existing opportunities, this will aid you to ‘think outside the box’ a concept frequently spoken of though little achieved. Through your Business Coaching sessions your ability to ‘think outside the box’ expands and where previously you may have seen limitation and restriction preventing you from seizing opportunity, you will start finding new ways to make opportunities work and ways to create the success you desire from them. How Business Coaching Changes your Environment and Success
Business Coaching with Frost Neuro Linguistics
Have a look around you, what does your surroundings say to you? Are the happenings and things within the environment around you those that make you smile and feel positive with the world you experience? Or are they creating feelings of depression and stress about what is occurring in your life and what you have currently? It is incredibly common for people to look at the things they do, the things around them and to feel a lack of content.
Links
Think of the people you spend time with, your friends and your family, how happy are they with their lives, how positive or negative is their outlook? And if you really think the outlook they take is positive, take a deeper look, what are they drawing to them that gives cause for them to be happy each day, are they truly positive or do they mask negative undercurrents?
Your environment contains a mass of information about you as you well know, have a look at it, what do you think that other people would think about what they see? On that note, what are your beliefs about it when looking within yourself? People see a huge variety of different things in the environment around them and everyone has their own way to interpret what these things mean. The mind works on several levels, two of which we are concerned with here, firstly the conscious level and secondly the unconscious level. The conscious is where you actively think, visualise and communicate with words. The unconscious mind is the domain of your feelings and also your core beliefs, it shapes your perceptions of the environment you exist in. The unconscious mind does other things as well, when you decide to move a muscle it controls that movement, your conscious mind would take a great deal of time to shift your arm due to all the individual tendons and fibres that need coordination, whereas your unconscious can easily manage all the neurons required to operate the muscles without effort. The conscious part of your mind can work with approximately seven plus or minus two chunks of information at a time in comparison to the unconscious which works with around 134 chunks. Coming from a different direction, you have around two million bits of information a second coming in through your senses, if all of that came straight to your conscious mind you would be totally overwhelmed. So your unconscious filters information for you based on what is a priority, and takes into account your belief structures and previous experiences, it deletes, distorts and generalises what’s happening accordingly. Yes it really does delete information, do you have constant awareness of the feeling your right shoe on your foot all day? Most likely not as you don’t need to be, so this information is deleted, unless of course the shoe is bringing pain in which case it highlights the feeling. So your mind shapes the appearance of the world around you, what you pay attention to and also what draws your attention. Knowing this how does it make you feel in regard to the things going on around you and the view you have been seeing them from, about how people round you have been behaving towards you? Does it yield you cause for celebration? If so you’re in a small percentage of the population!
When you look at the world around you if you are anything other than happy with it then I’m sure you agree that something needs to change right? Right! Certainly creating high levels of Achievement in a negative environment is difficult. So what can you do? People often go out and change their work, girlfriend/boyfriend, associates, car, home, eating and drinking habits and many other things. Are these things the most effective things to alter though? In certain cases yes, in the majority there are some tweaks required but a greater fundamental shift is required. As you are now aware your experience of things occurring around you are shaped by your unconscious mind, and it does this by drawing from your belief system and experience. Can your previous experience and your beliefs colour the world you now live in and your ability to enjoy it? Absolutely, they have a major impact on your levels of Success! When you look at your world through rose tinted glasses the world appears rosy, by the same virtue if the glasses are dulled with bad experiences, poor communication, stress and discontent then those are the things you will see and pay attention to as they are the ones that your mind identifies with most strongly. To further expand, if you shape your view of the world and other people shape theirs, then how are people viewing you? If you are seeing them through a haze of caution and mistrust then do you think that they are also viewing you in the same way? Likely so as your thoughts will alter the way they behave.

These 4 Powerful Reasons to Write a Good Book Are What Astute Self-Improvement Gurus Chose
An Important Report About COACHING:
From One Future Thinking Consultant to Another
If self-improvement is what you believe in, then books should have the same, because nearly all improvements that have taken place down through history have happened through the written word. Books have a way of changing the attitudes of people. And, as more people absorb a book (or books about on a certain subject), the change becomes universal.
Links
If you want to make a difference in other people’s lives regarding Coaching then you should look at writing a book that shares positive experiences. No matter which writer you speak to, you will get a different opinion about “how to write a book.” In fact, you might get as many opinions as the number of people you’ve asked. Some will tell you to begin by writing a book proposal; others will say that using book writing software did the trick for them. It is very important to know “how to write a book or book proposal and get it published”, but the real driving forces for a business person are the motivations to write a book. There are many reasons why a person would write a book, says top business advisor DrProactive Randy Gilbert, however, there are four of them that consistently show up over and over again as to why most people want to write a book and it relates to making it a bestseller and building a business around the book so that it makes money for them. DrProactive calls it a “bestselling business,” because it can make you a bestselling author and a millionaire at the same time. Working quickly and starting to write a book proposal that has a business built as an integral part of it, is a good plan. Links
If you need help motivating yourself to finally write a book, perhaps one of these reasons will inspire you.
#1 – Having a Book Gives You Instant Credibility:
There is no substitute for the kind of credulity you receive by having “Best-Selling Author” in your bio. It will immediately differentiate you and elevate you above other speakers. You’ll receive Celebrity Status no matter what your subject area is, because “you wrote the book on it.” Very few other speakers can claim this highest level of “authority.”
#2 – Sell Lots of Books and You Will Have Your Own Sales Force Around the World:
When your book becomes a New York Times bestseller it will get into more stores, which is like having a huge sales force, because people will be introduced to you and your products all across the globe. As they read the more general information in your book, they will want you to give them specific advice for their own problems Plus you’ll discover that your book sells everything and everything sells your book.
#3 – A Bestselling Book Becomes an Effective Lead Generation System to Expand Your Database:
Your book is a great lead generation system, and will help you gain referrals. Your clients will feel good recommending your book to their business partners and customers to help solve their problems. And you can use your book as an incredibly powerful business card which does far more to impress people than a regular piece of stiff paper.
#4 – Building Other Products Around Your Book Will Multiply Your Income:
You’ll get a wider (and almost endless) variety of speaking opportunities because you have products and services to sell. You will be asked to speak from the platform at conferences that are put on by other entrepreneurs who want to make money when you sell your high-ticket products. When people tell others that you made big revenue for an organizer (as much you get to take away too), then you’ll be invited to speak at other events.
SUMMARY:
You have to admit, which ever why happens to be most important to you, writing a book proposal and getting a publisher is a life-changing event and it will make you want to take action. No matter what your top reason might be, it is quite clear, writing a book is a very good thing.
Gain Personal Growth with Communication
We’ve all found it rather difficult to develop personal growth in communicating our thoughts or feelings to someone else. Forming all the emotions and thoughts that are jumbled in our heads to a sentence or two can be challenging.
Links
However, we need to interact with one another, because it’s what makes this large world go ’round. Instead of becoming frustrated, and assuming that the world just doesn’t understand us, we should first try to understand others. You can gain personal growth in communication with others, and here are but a few ways to help you achieve this:
Relax
Don’t become so wrapped up in how something should be or what would make it better. When you communicate with someone, and you develop preconceived notions on how they should be, you turn them off. Try not to be so firm in your beliefs before you completely hear what the other has to say. Take your time to understand someone, that is the trick. If you don’t have time for anyone else, why, praytell, should they have time for you?
Probe
Begin by asking questions when you communicate with someone. After all, people don’t naturally walk up to others and start explaining everything they feel, want, like, and have been through. When you ask someone who you’re communicating with questions, they feel as though you actually care, and they will start asking you questions. Probing questions are what makes conversations. For example, if a person says they like to eat cheesecake, a good question would be, “What kind?” Simple as it is, it is rather effective, and keeps the conversing on a consistent and non-invasive level.
Listen
A question that is often asked of people is, if they should wait to speak, or actually listen. Forming statements or questions in our heads, and focusing solely on them until the person we’re talking to takes a breath in speech is rude, and reckless. When you abandon a person by waiting to talk we show them that we weren’t very interested to begin with, and rather selfish in this right.
Speak… Honestly
Lies are often uttered to total strangers. These are only little white lies, but they are lies, nonetheless. When you meet anyone, or talk to existing friends or family, try to speak with honesty. The more honesty you show, the more personal development you can gain in building integrity. When you speak honestly, you won’tt speak or do something opposite to what you feel. Try to apply this concept to every encounter that you may have.
Be the Host
Let’s say, for instance, you go to a party. It’s a small gathering, maybe no more than forty people, and you have to mingle. You can communicate very well by thinking of yourself as the host of the party. Now, don’t lie and say things such as, “this event cost me a lot of money. Do you like it?” Try to stay in your own roll or flesh as partygoer, but be as inviting, friendly, and comfortable as a host should be. People will begin to flock to you, coming to you for your command of entertainment and conversation.
Balance Yourself
You can most definitely gain personal growth in communication once you simply treat people the same way you would like to be treated. A warning to you: the more friendly and sociable you become, the more responsibility you hold. You must compare your actions with your words. Your feelings must be expressed in a non-attacking manner. Build those relationships, and further develop personal growth in communication skills.
